Yi Wan received his Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University in 2002. He is currently a professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering in Lanzhou University, China. His research areas include signal processing, wireless communications and networking, artificial intelligence and embedded systems.
