Mr. Meng, graduated from Lanzhou University majored in computer science in 1986, and engaged in teaching and research work as a teaching assistant after then, served as lecturer, associate professor, and now working as master advisor in school of information science & Engineering, Lanzhou University, focus on computer software and theory, mainly research area including:
Software Engineering, Information Security, Management Information System. Presided and participated over 40 scientific research projects, including one national project and one sub-topic of national project, published nearly 80 papers in the major domestic and overseas academic periodicals and academic meetings.
Postgraduate student supervision: So far, the number of graduated master students has reached 92 (including: three of them pursuing their PhD degree in advance, 40 of them are on-the-job) under Mr. Meng’s instruction. Currently, four postgraduates are under supervision.
Engaged Technical Services: Participated in 863 projects more times as an assess expert for many times, also evaluated the key projects of the Ministry of Education of Science and Technology, the achievement of science and technology project identification in Gansu Province, the Science and Technology Award project in Gansu Province, the Science and Technology Award project in Lanzhou.
