The judges of the lecture competition are composed of Professor Xiaoyun Chen, the teaching consultant of the University, members of the party and government team of the college, the director of the research Institute and the director of the department. Young teachers of the college were present to observe, and some undergraduates were specially invited to participate in the teaching interaction.

According to the rules of school teaching competition, the participating teachers make teaching plans of 10 different teaching sections in advance, draw lots to determine the order of participation and specific teaching sections before the competition, and then conduct a 10-minute classroom teaching demonstration. After the classroom teaching exhibition, the judges will make comments and scores according to the performance of the participating teachers in teaching design, teaching content, teaching organization, language teaching status, teaching characteristics, etc., and the scores will be released on site.

The contestants' teaching posture is generous, the classroom teaching language is fluent and vivid, the concept is clear, the logical thinking is strong, and the key points and difficulties are outstanding. The participating teachers combined their own professional characteristics, combined theoretical knowledge with practical examples, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of students, and the atmosphere of the competition was very active. A total of 8 young teachers participated in the competition, and the contestants showed their own teaching characteristics; The judge teachers fully affirmed the performance of the contestants in class, and put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions, pointed out the shortcomings in the teaching process, and made detailed comments.

Xiaoyun Chen pointed out in the summary comments that the competition is not the purpose. The purpose and original intention of the activity is that the old, middle-aged and young teachers sit together, show their style, find problems, put forward suggestions and promote the pace. At the same time, Xiaoyun Chen had an in-depth exchange and discussion on how to improve the classroom teaching methods, improve the classroom teaching effect, and be a teacher popular with students in the daily teaching of young teachers, and put forward that young teachers should further study the business, improve their professional quality, improve their teaching skills, promote the development of teachers' teaching, and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.

The college will issue corresponding rules and regulations to institutionalize and normalize the teaching competition activities.
