Zhijun Yao

Zhijun Yao assumes the office of peer reviewer in many famous journals presently, including “Neuroscience letter”, ”IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing”, “Electronic letter”, “PLoS One”, “IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering”, etc. His research interests are mainly focused on biomedical image data processing, universal emotional computing, computer application technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc., which are mostly about theory and technology of brain science. With rich experience on projects, Yao has presided over one project of the Free Exploration Project of the Central University, one sub-project of the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) from the Ministry of Science and Technology. Also, he participated in the major research project of the Seventh Framework of the European Union, and one major international cooperation project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). In addition, he participated in one international cooperation project of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Hitherto, Yao has published more than 20 papers on different journals about neuroscience, like “PLoS Computational Biology”, ”PLoS One”, “Frontiers in Human Neuroscience”, “Journal of Alzheimers Disease”, “Brain imaging and behavior”, etc.
