Data Science Research Center

The Data Science Research Center of School of Information Science &Engineering was established in July 2017. It is dedicated to the prospects of big data strategy and social needs, and provides a platform for interdisciplinary research. Main research fields include data acquisition, data storage and management, data security, data analysis and visualization.
There are 3 professors, 4 associate professors and 8 doctorates in the center. The staff of the center have undertaken a number of national projects, including the 973 Program Project of China, the key projects of the Natural Science Foundation, the key cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and National Science Foundation of China, and the key projects of the Science and Technology Commission of the Military. We Published more than 100 SCI and EI papers and applied for many invention patents.
