In order to carry forward the spirit of Feng Lei, build a green campus and enhance students' awareness of environmental protection. From March 13th to March 14, the Youth Volunteer Association of the School of information science and engineering organized students to carry out tree planting activities on Arbor Day.

Before the event, volunteers actively publicized the activity and introduced the origin and significance of the Arbor Day. During the event, more than 370 students participated, and volunteers led the students to walk into Cuiying Mountain. After arriving at the planting site, the students joined the group of planting activities in line with the group work and division. They all held a shovel and vigorously worked hard, carefully planted the soil, planted seedlings and watering, and planted 130 seedlings together to add a touch of green to Cuiying Mountain.

This activity not only makes teachers and students enhance the awareness of protecting the campus ecological environment and building a beautiful campus, but also enables them to realize that behind the campus beauty is the efforts of countless garden workers. Through personal participation in social welfare activities, to show the excellent ideological quality of college students is also of positive significance to enrich the connotation of college students' volunteer service spirit.
